Tax Treatment of Donations

The Historical Standard is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). Our exemption is effective from our formation date (September 27, 2025), so contributions made since then — including earlier gifts — are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions, and donors receive a receipt for their records.
